  1. Remove the plastic battery tab from the compartment.
  2. Use the kg/st/lb switch located on the base of the scale to select your desired unit of measure.
  3. To set up a new user profile (or edit an existing profile), press the enter button, and use the arrow buttons to select a user profile number (1-10). Press the enter button to confirm.
  4. Select your gender using the arrow buttons, and press enter to confirm.
  5. Adjust your height using the arrow buttons, and press enter to confirm.
  6. Adjust your age using the arrow buttons, and press enter to confirm; 4 dashes will appear for a brief moment.
  7. When the display shows 0.0 lb, step on the scale with clean and dry bare feet. The scale will measure and then calculate your body composition.
