My scale only had one battery included
All colors besides the black model (B200B), only include one CR2032 battery. The black model uses a back-light which requires two batteries to operate.

Scale does not power on
If the scale is brand new, ensure the plastic insulation strip has been pulled, and removed from the battery compartment. Attempt to replace the old battery with new ones. Check to see if the battery is seated properly inside of the compartment; positive side should be facing upward.

How to change from KG to LB
The unit button is located on the bottom of the scale near a gray sticker to switch the unit of measure.

Scale is displaying "LO"
This message indicates low battery power. Replace your old batteries with new ones.

Required battery model:
-One CR2032 for models B200S, B200RR, B200PB, B200SG, B200CN
-Two CR2032 for model B200B
