This message indicates that the scale's weight load is over capacity. Immediately remove items from the platform.

Attempt to replace the battery to the clock. Replace with one LR44 or 357 battery.


Scale has stopped working
Attempt to replace the old battery with a fresh 9 volt battery. Ensure that the battery connector is properly attached to the battery. If the issue persists, please contact us for further assistance.
