Scale is not powering on
1st generation model:
Attempt to replace with a single "CR2032" size battery. Ensure the battery is inserted positive side up.

2nd generation model:
Attempt to replace with three "AAA" size batteries. Ensure the batteries are inserted in the correct polarity direction.
