My scale is not responding by the touch of my finger
Operate the scale at room temperature only. Press the buttons firmly to see if they will register. Remove batteries from the scale for approximately 90 seconds, and then re-install.

Scale will not power on
Replace your old batteries with new ones. This model uses two CR2032 batteries. Make sure to peel off the caution stickers from the bottom of the batteries before installing. 

Scale will not power off, it always displays the temperature
This is a normal. The temperature reading will remain on standby mode while "weigh" mode is inactive.
