My scale does not power on.
Try replacing the old battery with a fresh one. Make sure that the snap battery connector is properly attached. If the issue persists, please contact us at 800-467-6408.

Keypad is unresponsive
Disconnect the battery from the scale for approximately 90 seconds, and re-install.
