My Passo scale will not power on
First attempt to replace the old batteries with a fresh pair of CR2032 batteries. Newer production units will require (4) AAA batteries. You can identify the type of battery to use by verifying inside of the battery compartment. Ensure the batteries are seated properly into the battery slots. Sometimes the scale gives me different readings
Ensure the scale is on a flat top surface to get the most accurate readings. The unit's accuracy is within 1% of the actual weight.
