Try replacing the battery or plug in a 9-volt adapter to ensure the scale is providing enough charge for the backlight to function properly. If your backlight is still not functioning, please contact our support team. There is an Out2 error when I power on my scale
This typically indicates the scale needs recalibration. We can calibrate the scale with certified calibration weights to ensure accuracy.
