1. Remove the plastic wrap from the battery and install it into the battery compartment.
2. Place the weighing platform onto a steady and level surface to receive the most accurate weight measurements.
3. Choose your preferred unit of measurement by pressing the 'MODE' button.
4. Place the item(s) onto the scale's platform to start weighing.
