My scale is constantly sounding a beep
The beep indicates that the load cell is overloaded by exceeding the operating weight capacity. Immediately remove overweight items from the scale to prevent damage. If the beep continues without items on the platform, try removing the batteries from the scale for 90 seconds and reinstalling them.

I only see parts of my numbers displayed
Try powering the scale on and off several times to see if the display will fill in properly. Also, try removing the batteries from the scale for 60 seconds and then re-install. If the issue persists, the scale's LCD may be defective and needs to be inspected or replaced. The L-Series digital scale is covered under a limited 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
