1. Remove the product from the packaging
2. Use a damp cloth to wipe and clean the probe stem
3. Probe into the thickest part of the meat for best results

NOTE: The AH3 model thermometer is not oven-safe! Do not leave the thermometer inside the oven during the cooking process.
