Battery type
This unit uses model: 389 batteries. These can be known as "watch batteries". You can buy this type at your local battery dealer, Walgreens or CVS. If none of these stores are an option, you can also buy online!



Timer does not power on
First try replacing the battery. If the issue persists, please contact Escali about the product 2 year warranty.



How to reset/clear the timer
Simply press the 'MIN' and 'SEC' buttons simultaneously.



Turning off the beep
Unfortunately, there is no option to mute the beep sound.
