• Press the 'MODE' button to toggle between timer mode or clock mode.

• Clearing the timer: When the timer is stopped, press 'CLEAR' to zero out the display.

• To have the timer count down, press the 'H, M, S' buttons to edit hours, minutes, or seconds, and press 'START/STOP' to begin the count down.

• To have the timer count up, press the 'CLEAR' button to zero out the display and press 'START/STOP' to begin the count up.

• Pause/resume timer: Press 'START/STOP' during counting to pause. Press 'START/STOP' again to resume counting.

• End the alarm: Press the 'START/STOP' or 'CLEAR' buttons.

• To enable sound, mute, or turn the timer off, use the small black slide switch located on the back left side of the battery door.

• Edit the clock: While on clock mode, press and hold the 'MODE' button for 3 seconds until all numbers start flashing. Press 'H, M, S' to edit the clock. Press 'MODE' to confirm your changes.
