This error message indicates an overload. Immediately remove all items from the scale to prevent permanent damage to the load cell. If the error code is stuck on the display, try removing the batteries from the scale for 90 seconds and reinstalling.

Scale is no longer powering on
Try changing out the old batteries and installing a new set of AAA batteries to see if the scale will start up. Ensure the batteries are installed in the correct positioning having the positive and negative ends pointing to the proper contact.

"Lo" appears on the screen and then disappears immediately
The "Lo" code indicates low battery power. Install three brand-new AAA batteries to continue to have the scale operate properly.
