When I turn on my scale, Out2 is displayed
The OUT2 error code may indicate two different reasons:
1. The scale may need to be re-calibrated
2. The load cell is malfunctioning/damaged

My scale does not turn on
Check if the batteries need to be replaced. Also, double-check to see if the battery springs in the scale are not offset and are making contact with the negative ends of the batteries. If the issue persists, please contact our support team.

My scale fluctuates by itself
Ensure that the scale is on a hard, flat, and level surface while weighing items. On a rare occasion, other electronics nearby may contribute to weight fluctuations. Try to keep approximately 3 feet away from any other electronics. To clear out any static buildup that may also cause fluctuations, remove the batteries from the scale for 5 minutes and reinstall.
