My scale is fluctuating with no weight on it
Ensure your scale is on a flat and sturdy surface while weighing items. You may adjust the feet of the scale to level it by turning them. If you are using a power adapter, make sure to use Escali's power supply. The power adapter for the M-Series can be purchased from KitchenSupply's accessories webpage. Using the incorrect power supply may cause fluctuations.

OUT2 error is appearing
The OUT2 error may indicate a couple of reasons:
1. Scale requires a recalibration (if error code remains on the display)
2. The load cell is malfunctioning/damaged (if the error code disappears after a few seconds)

My scale is missing the power adapter
The power adapter is an optional accessory that can be purchased separately; it is not typically included with the scale.
