1. Place the included AAA batteries into the battery compartment and ensure that the +/- terminals are inserted correctly as shown in the battery compartment.

2. The unit of measure is preset at pounds (lb). This can be changed to kilograms (kg) or stones (st) by pressing the unit button located on the back of the scale inside the battery compartment.

3. Place the scale on a solid and flat surface.

4. To activate simply step onto the scale platform. The display will turn on and blink twice when the weight is confirmed.

5. Step off the scale and the weight will remain on screen for 10 seconds before shutting off automatically.
