Scale Recalibration
Your scale is a precision instrument that may need to be recalibrated before use, especially when the scale is picked up or moved. When the scale is moved or jostled and used before being recalibrated, it can result in fluctuations of the weight displayed on screen. To recalibrate the scale, step on the platform to turn the unit on. Step back off of the scale and wait for it to turn back off. This recalibration sequence should remove any inconsistencies and ensure an accurate weight.
Note: The weight displayed on the scale can also fluctuate due to inconsistencies in how you stand
on the platform. Stepping on the scale in a consistent manner with your weight evenly distributed
will help ensure consistent readings.

Place your fingers between the cover and the scale platform and work your fingers around the edge of the cover.
