Product use & care
- Use and stow the scale at room temperature for optimal performance.
- Use on a flat, level, and stable surface to prevent inaccuracy and fluctuation.
- The scale is an instrument of precision. Do not submit the scale to shaking, excessive vibration, or other rough treatment as it can permanently damage the scale.
- The scale may be affected by electromagnetic disturbances such as radios, microwaves, or cell phones. If such disturbances occur, remove the source of the disturbance and restart the scale.
- Disassembling or tampering with the scale will void warranty services.
- Clean the scale with mild dish soap, and a damp cloth.
- Do not submerge in liquid; the scale is not waterproof.
CAUTION
Do not use the scale when plugged in. We recommend that you unplug the scale once it is fully charged. Overcharging will damage the battery.
Please charge the scale as soon as the low battery indicator starts flashing instead of waiting until the scale shuts off due to power depletion. Draining the battery to extremely low levels will damage the battery.
